Kate Gardner Burt, PhD, RDN is an associate professor and the Undergraduate Program Director of Dietetics, Foods, and Nutrition at Lehman College, City University of New York. Dr. Burt works toward a more just and inclusive dietetics profession by exploring and challenging systemic and scientific biases in what we eat and advocating for policies that promote equity.
